BRL100
BRL100 is the Dutch assessment guideline for companies working with refrigerants. AMB Technical Services holds a BRL100 company certification and an F-gas category 1 personal certificate for refrigeration work within the applicable certification scope.
Exactly which work is covered is stated in the scope on the certificate. The certificate is periodically re-assessed by an accredited certifying body and is available on request.

F-gas
The F-gas certificate is legally required for work on installations containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (HFCs, PFCs, SF6), such as air conditioning, heat pumps and industrial refrigeration equipment.
AMB thereby complies with Regulation (EU) 2024/573, which has replaced the earlier Regulation (EU) 517/2014 since 11 March 2024, and guarantees responsible handling of refrigerants: leak detection, safe recovery and minimal environmental impact at every intervention.

VCA VOL
VCA VOL goes beyond the basic safety certificate. It covers operational supervisory level: awareness of hazardous situations, knowledge of legislation and regulations, and the ability to create and maintain a safe working environment.
At industrial sites such as biogas installations, CO₂ plants and refrigeration facilities, this certificate is standard required for access as a technical service provider.

NEN 3140 VOP
The NEN 3140 VOP designation authorises AMB to safely carry out simple, clearly defined electrical actions with limited risk, under the employer's instruction. This is a different level from a Competent Person (VP), who independently carries out more complex electrical work. At AMB this is essential during commissioning, PLC verification and start-up of biogas and refrigeration equipment.
Electrical tasks are thereby carried out in accordance with the applicable Dutch occupational safety standards.
Additional
In addition to the core certifications, AMB holds the GPI certificate. The Generic Gate Instruction is required for access to construction sites and industrial sites connected to this system.
The certificate is reviewed annually. This enables AMB to work on virtually any industrial site in the Netherlands without completing additional safety briefings.
